I understand i am reasonable for any Fines, Unpaid Tolls, Un Authorised Flight Upgrades, Infringements including parking tickets and or any other unauthorised room or service fees. In the event of Road Traffic Offences including Tolls and Speed / Camera Infringements we will atomically allocate you as the responsible driver and lodge your details back to the issuing office.

Vehicle Damage & Insurance

I understand that if I am involved in or cause damage to or with a team or rented vehicle, I must ensure all people involved are made safe, collect all information from all parties involved, take photos of the damage to both parties’ vehicles and building and report the incident to the relevant authorities. I also understand that i may be liable for the excess or liability of the vehicle if i am not operating within the law and relevant state regulations.

Privacy & Data Management

I understand that my information will be held and used by GW Racing and passed to third party travel services including but not limited to, Airlines, Rental Car Agencies, Hotels, Booking Providers, Toll Operators & any required government or emergency service.
